FACILITY LEASE / RENTAL AGREEMENTS
Every group that has to sign a lease or a contract with a meeting hall or facility MUST give the lease/contract to the GSA Board of Directors (BOD) for review and acceptance BEFORE signing any agreement.
This is a legally binding agreement and it MUST be approved by the BOD and/or it’s attorney’s.
